Workflow Rules can be set against Properties specific to the Event that is being triggered in Fortifi.
As such the available Properties in the drop down when creating a Rule on a Workflow will change based on what Workflow Trigger the Workflow is created on.
For instance on the trigger of Support Ticket Opened there will be Property options incluiding "Brand Email, Customer Email, Subject" etc.
However on the trigger of Approve Order there will be Property options including "Currency, Payment Processor, Fraud Score, Risk Score" etc.
You should find for each Workflow the properties you would want to validate against are available in the Workflow Rule Properties for that Trigger.
