Property Groups allow you to categorise your Custom Properties into groups so that when navigating Fortifi they are grouped correctly.
For instance you might have various custom properties relating to a Customers Interests. By creating a Property Group for Interests you can keep these Custom Properties separate to the custom properties around Lifecycle Source etc.
To create a Property Group Open the Organisation Settings and click on Properties from the Navigation:
All existing Property Groups will be visible and the Create Group option will create a New Property Group. Enter a Display Name, Description and a Type. The Type determines where in Fortifi this Group will be available, for instance if this is set to Customer this Group will be available on the Customers Properties section:
With the Property group created this will be selectable in the Properties to start categorising the Custom Properties
