Global Pixels can be created that will tirgger on all Campaigns and All Publishers in addition to any Pixels set up against those Publishers.
These are typically used to ensure a third party system can track all actions defined alongside Fortifi.
Creating a Global Pixel is the same process as creating a Pixel on a Publisher
