Subject Access Requests

Under GDPR rules any customer can request all of their personal information that you hold on them.

 

To comply with this Fortifi allows employees to create Subject Access Requests on Accounts.

 

Provided the employee has the permission to create Subject Access Requests, they can click on the Privacy navigation option on the Account:

 

 

On the Privacy page, a new Subject Access Request can be created with the New Request option:

 

This will trigger a prompt to confirm starting a new Subject Access Request and upon confirming this, the Subject Access Request will be displayed in the list along with the date this was created, with a Download option against it:
 

 

This can be downloaded and sent on to the Customer and will contain all of the Personal Identifiable information of the customer.
