Add Specific Employee Permissions

Access to different areas of Fortifi and actions that can be performed by Employees are governed by permissions granted to the Employee. These can be inherited from Employee Roles or can be granted specifically to the Employee.
 

By setting specific Employee Permissions an Employee can be granted access to more areas of Fortifi or more actions within Fortifi without having an extra role applied to them. This allows an Employee to be given custom access to the system.

 

To give specific Employee Permissions, open the Employee record and click on Settings, then Feature Access:

 

 

This will give you a list of the Permissions in Fortifi, and any Permissions that this Employee has inherited from their Role will be shown as an orange tick against Access. Any Permissions which this Employee doesn't have access to will have a Red Cross against Access. To give this Employee a specific Permission, click on the Toggle to grant this:
