In order to provide a Fortifi hosted Support page on your domain, to offer things like creating a support ticket, Live Chat or a Knowledge Base to your customers, you first need to define the subdomain you want this page to be hosted on.
In ordet to do this, set your DNS settings to redirect a host name of either support, help or knowledge to the CNAME of support.fortifi.zone.
With this in place and those DNS settings propogated you will be able to direct customers to that page to start accessing the Fortifi Support features.
This will use our default templates as standard which you can then edit.
