Assign an Employee Role

An Employee inherits permission for areas of Fortifi through Employee Roles.

To set an Employee role, within the Employee record click on Settings and then Roles:

 

 

This will display all the Roles setup in the system. You can create custom Roles if a system Role doesn't provide the exact permissions you require for this Employee

You can scroll down this list of Roles and toggle the Roles you want for this Employee to Assigned:

 

 

This will give this Employee the permissions from the assigned Roles, which you will be able to see by clicking on the Feature Access option on the navigation:

 

 

This will detail all of the Features within Fortifi, and whether this Employee has access to them based on their inherited permissions from their assigned roles.
