When creating or editing a Workflow you will see the setting for the Priority on the Workflow.
The Priority determines the order in which the Workflows will run for this Trigger.
This is important if you have more than one Workflow in this Trigger that could be applied as the rules of each match the event, the priority will determine which workflow would apply first.
You can set the priority to any number and the lowest number will run first.
