Workflow Triggers are preset events in Fortifi that you can choose to run Workflows on.
To access Workflow Triggers, in Organisation Settings click on the Workflow page:
All the available Triggers will be listed in the menu on the left and these are broken out into the different areas of Fortifi so you can easily find the Trigger you need.
Clicking on a Trigger will allow you to see any existing Workflows for that Trigger and also provide the option to Create a new Workflow:
