When creating a Workflow you can determine the Type of the Workflow:
'Standard' Workflows will trigger on every object which meets the criteria for the Workflow.
'Random Action' Workflows will trigger based on a random calculation when this Workflow could be triggered, so this is useful for Workflows you want to only trigger to a random percentage of those objects which meet the criteria for the Workflow.
