Once you have completed a Live Chat session, you can allow the Customer to close the Support Session off at which point the Live Chat in Fortifi will automatically close.
However you may want your Support Agents to end a Live Chat session (for instance if the customer has left their session open but are no longer responding etc)
In order to do this, in the information panel on the left of the Live Chat session there is an End Chat Session option:
Clicking on the End Chat Session option will present you with a confirmation prompt to confirm you want to end this Live Chat Session:
Clicking No on this confirmation prompt will return you to the Live Chat Session.
Clicking Yes on this confirmation prompt will end this Live Chat Session and return you to the All Sessions Chat section to Claim your next Live Chat Session.
